At the meeting members will have the opportunity to:

· find out about SSPWA’s operations and finances and ask relevant questions

· listen to reports from the committee and the executive

· discuss items on the agenda

· vote on any resolutions proposed at the meeting.

And meet the new Committee members for 2022.

At the meeting members will be asked to vote to:

· accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting

· accept current office bearer reports as tabled

· accept the financial statements and reports

· appoint an auditor for the next financial year
